Absolute Essential Cedarwood Atlas

Cedarwood Atlas supports a relaxed state of mind and body. It can be used to encourage equilibrium and promote a harmonious atmosphere. It is also an excellent ingredient for skin and hair care, and may be particularly useful for adolescent skin. The rich, woody, spicy aroma is wonderfully sensual and restorative.

Cedarwood Atlas blends well with Juniper Berry, Palmarosa, Sandalwood & Orange Sweet.

Directions:

For relaxation of body & mind:
To assist deep relaxation, to counter a stressed mind and promote a restful sleep, add 5 - 10 drops of cedarwood to your bath or diffuser.

As skin care:

Add 3 - 4 drops to 50g of daily moisturiser to help counter excess oil or acne. This oil is particularly suitable for men and boys who prefer a spicy rather than floral fragrance.

As a hair tonic:

Add 5 drops to shampoo or conditioner to promote lustre and growth. A great recipe for greasy hair during adolescence.

For foot care:

Add 5 - 8 drops of cedarwood to a footbath once a week, or to a foot moisturiser, to encourage healthy feet and protect against fungal infection.
