Directions:

To support blood pressure:

�To support calm and balance and encourage healthy blood pressure, add 3-5 drops of Marjoram French to a nightly bath. Always consult a health specialist.

For a restful sleep:

�To encourage deep, relaxing sleep with pleasant dreams, add 5 drops of Marjoram French to carrier oil for massage, or to an AromaStone to diffuse while sleeping, repeat as required.

For calm & composure:

�The spicy aroma of Marjoram French uplifts the senses while promoting calm to help counter anxieties. Add 5 drops to an AromaStone. This fragrance can be enhanced by adding a few drops each of Lavender True and Orange Sweet.

To ease a migraine headache:

�To support natural hormone balance, which may help to temper the occurrence of painful migraine headaches, dilute 3 drops of Marjoram French, 3 drops of Lavender True and 3 drops of Peppermint in carrier oil and apply to the back of the neck. Repeat as required.
