Ambers practice includes working with tarot, essential oils, flower essences, tea ceremony, somatics, nourishment, and more. She is passionate about healing and practicing self-care that supports our most authentic selves, our soul purpose, and commitment to our Earth.
Having a therapeutic conversation using tarot cards illuminates the psyche and offers deep insight into current themes, gifts and challenges you may be experiencing. There are no “bad” cards in a tarot deck – each card offers a unique possibility of perceiving yourself, others and situations in a new way. Amber brings a holistic intuitive and compassionate approach to working with the tarot as well as practical grounded guidance. Following the therapeutic conversation, she strongly recommends taking a flower essence blend made especially for you, to support your wellbeing in the world.
Amber holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies from AUT, a Diploma in Yoga from Wellpark College, a Certificate in Acute Prescribing from the Auckland College of Classical Homeopathy, and a Certificate in Tarot from Fern Mercier.

Clair McEntegart has a total of 20 years of physiotherapy experience, having spent over 15 years specialising in the musculoskeletal field. Clair has an interest in women’s health and pelvic physio, and has completed advanced training to be able to help people in these areas. In her work, Clair’s greatest passion and reward is to help people live the life they desire.
As a mother to two children (with another on the way), Clair fully understands the changes and demands that the body experiences during pregnancy and childbirth. Your pelvic floor is a muscle like any other and can become stretched, weak, tight, or overused. Doing the wrong exercise can make your problems worse, but women’s health physiotherapy can assess your needs and teach you the correct type and amount of exercise to be doing.
If you suffer from any of the following, women’s health physiotherapy may help: Bladder or bowel problems, pelvic floor dysfunction, pain with intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy / postnatal musculoskeletal pain, leaking when exercising, coughing, or sneezing, or getting back into postnatal exercise.

Keren’s Restore flow is a unique therapeutic modality that combines Western and Eastern practices with the art of healing touch. Its purpose is to create space in the body and generate self-healing while opening the pelvis, clearing tension, reducing pain, restoring flows of circulation and digestion, and clearing excess fluid. The therapy incorporates a range of touch techniques to target ligament release and lymph flow. It focuses on the alignment of the pelvis, lower spine, hips, and uterus, while seeking to regulate digestion and elimination by encouraging circulation to the abdominal cavity.
When working on the back, Keren loosens tissues that support the abdomen and uterus, freeing the spine to realign itself. Another key area she works on is the sacrum (lower spine, just above the coccyx), which is prone to misalignment and injury during the early years – particularly for young women. With targeted sacral, gluteal, and hip massage, Keren is able to decrease and often resolve lower back pain.
Most sessions with Keren will also incorporate abdominal massage. Belly massage is a powerful way to stimulate the body’s detox pathways (lymph system), reduce inflammation, regulate digestion, bring the uterus into alignment, relax tense ligaments, and reduce back pain. Keren’s approach is gentle - particularly in the early stages.
Keren integrates her training with intuition and a deep respect for people’s individual needs. Her clients have described significantly reduced pain in the hips and lower back, a feeling of “lightness” in their belly, painless periods, and deep relaxation.
