Kia ora, I’m Paige! I am trained as a chiropractor, pilates instructor, masseuse and applied kinesiologist (working with muscle testing).
My offerings at Tea & Tonic include body work and muscle testing. I'm in store on a Thursday and I work harmoniously with your body, helping you to feel calm and reset.
I offer massage from our Earth room and in store we can test the best products for your optimal wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Amber and I look forward to working alongside you. I’ve been provided with many initiations to deeply understand what healing is and how to hold space for others. I have dedicated my life to studying various modalities including herbal medicine, flower essences, yoga, somatics and tarot. I love working in shrive and creating products in harmony with our bodies and mother earth. These products are available at Tea and Tonic & include teas, essences, body and face oils, honey and more.
I am passionate about helping people to evolve in a way that supports a sustainable loving future. I deeply value the art of healing touch, listening and holistically supporting our wellbeing.
I continue to practice the work I promote – gently tending to my own habits, patterns and wounding that make me human and loveable, inevitably humbled.

Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a qualified Holistic Wellness Therapist, Reiki Master, Masseuse and Holistic Facialist with over 15 years experience in practicing a range of different therapies.
I have a deep passion for holding space for people to slow down, unwind, soften and receive nourishment for the mind, body and soul.
