Wilhemeena Isabella Monroe is a mystic dance artist, poet, healer and teacher who has spent more than two decades creating spaces where people can come back to themselves.
Founded in 2005 in Titirangi, on the edge of the rainforest in Aotearoa, SOUL, centre of the body and mind, was born from a vision to create a sanctuary where people could simply be, present to themselves through body, mind and spiritual practice. A community of people who love and care for the planet, and love and care for each other and themselves.
A professional dancer for ten years before founding SOUL, Wilhemeena brings the wisdom of the body and the knowledge of movement into everything she offers. Her private practice spans bodywork, energy and spiritual healing, and plant medicine.
Over two decades and thousands of people later, SOUL continues to offer workshops, retreats and deeply immersive programmes both in person and online, guided always by permaculture principles, regenerative practices and a belief that transformation begins with the willingness to truly arrive in oneself.
Zen Mist was born from this same practice, a small distillation of everything SOUL holds, made to bring a moment of that grounding into everyday life.
A social enterprise reinvesting in community, SOUL exists not to grow a business but to grow a world worth living in.
