Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All orders are dispatched with tracked courier services. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods or events beyond our control.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@teaandtonic.co.nz as soon as possible. We will work directly with our courier provider to investigate and resolve the matter promptly. We are committed to ensuring every customer receives the order they have paid for, and we will work to find a resolution — whether through the courier's insurance, a replacement, or another appropriate outcome — as quickly as possible.

Ayson and Anastasia Limited trading as Tea & Tonic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once orders have been dispatched.
