Suitable for diffusion, inhalation, pulse points, inhalation, bath or after shower (see directions).

Directions: 

For diffusion:

Add 5 - 10 drops to your diffuser and replenish as required.

For the bath:

Add 10 drops in milk to running water.

For the shower:

After washing add 5 drops to a wet face cloth and rub all over your body. Towel dry if required.

For the pulse points:

Apply directly to back of neck and wrists.
