Directions

For diffusion:

Place 10 drops in your diffuser and replenish as required.

For pulse points:

Add a few drops to wrists and back of neck.

For the bath: 

Add 10 drops mixed into bath water.

For massage:

Blend 10 drops to 1/2 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil.
