Directions

Add a heaped teaspoon per desired cup to a pot or favourite teapot. If using a pot, simmer on the stove for five minutes, then leave to steep for a further five minutes before serving.

Tea Ritual: bloom the flavour by preheating the teapot with boiling water before use. After brewing, return the spent herbs, leaves or flowers to the earth, whether to compost, a worm farm or the garden, and use the cooled leftover tea to hydrate and nourish the plants.

Considerations

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Contains St John's Wort, valerian and withania, none recommended during pregnancy, St John's Wort in particular can interact with the contraceptive pill and other medications. If taking medication, consult a doctor or qualified health professional before drinking.
