This original Mt Tamahunga artwork is drawn by hand in Indian ink by Monique Jansen, founder of MONNI. Tamahunga is the local maunga, long believed to be a place of refuge and safe passage, and remains a favourite climb for locals, Monique included, who enjoy the shade of its dense, lively forest especially through the warmer months.

Printed as a card, it carries the same detail and quiet stillness of the original drawing, ready to send, frame, or keep.
