Directions

Enjoy as a traditional hot tea, each teabag can be infused twice. Infuse in freshly boiled 100°C water for 3 to 5 minutes. Sip mindfully.

Tea Ritual: bloom the flavour by preheating the pot or cup with boiling water before use. After brewing, return the spent leaves to the earth, whether to compost, a worm farm or the garden, and use the cooled leftover tea to hydrate and nourish the plants.

Considerations

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Contains liquorice, not recommended during pregnancy.
