The Maeve Matcha Set | Full brings together every step of the matcha making process in one handcrafted ceramic and oak collection. Suited to beginners and matcha enthusiasts alike, it turns a daily ritual into something considered and complete.

The set includes a ceramic matcha bowl, a ceramic whisk holder with a traditional bamboo whisk, a matcha storage jar with a bamboo spoon, two ceramic matcha cups, and an oak board.

Each piece is hand thrown by Annie-Maeve in her Auckland studio and carries the subtle variation in glaze and form that comes with handmade work.

Directions

Sift 1 to 2 teaspoons of matcha powder into the bowl and add approximately 60ml of hot water, around 80°C. Using a matcha whisk, whisk in a W or M motion for 20 to 30 seconds until frothy and smooth. Enjoy straight from the bowl or pour into a cup.
