Directions:
Manuka honey can be taken as medicine and added to tea, mixed with turmeric and lemon or hot chocolate. It's delicious eaten straight off the spoon first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and can be mixed with apple cider vinegar as a tonic or used to make an oxymel with fresh garden herbs.
