Directions

Take by the spoonful, stir through tea, turmeric and lemon, or hot chocolate, or mix with apple cider vinegar as a tonic. Also delicious eaten straight from the spoon first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or used to make an oxymel with fresh garden herbs.
