Directions

Add two tablespoons of tea to four–six cups of water and gently simmer on the stovetop for five minutes. Allow to steep for a further five minutes, strain, and serve.

Alternatively, add two tablespoons to a four–six cup teapot, allow to steep for five minutes, strain, and serve.

You may re-use your tea up to three times, as this is a potent organic herb.
