Frolic Mug

A large stoneware mug made in Vicki Fanning's Matakana studio, with a generous volume and a handle built for big hands. Its straightforward, contemporary form has an honesty to it, made to be used properly and held comfortably through a long, slow morning.

Generous enough for coffee, tea, or soup, it is a mug made to be reached for daily rather than kept for best.

Each piece is unique in form. Variation in glaze tone and surface texture is a natural quality of the work.
