The Daily Ritual Set includes Morning, Green Jasmine, for clarity, energy and overall wellbeing, an invigorating floral blend rich in antioxidants for the quiet morning hours. Noon, Rooibos Chai, sweet and spicy, a warming blend for the perfect afternoon treat. Evening, Unwind, like taking a deep breath of fresh air, a subtle blend to slow and reset at the end of the day before sleep.

Ingredients

Green Jasmine - Organic green jasmine tea • Jasmine buds.

Rooibos Chai - Rooibos • Cinnamon • Ginger • Cloves • Star anise • Cardamom pods.

Unwind - Organic chamomile • Organic calendula • Organic lavender.

Directions

Brew each tea individually per its own instructions, morning, noon and evening as part of a daily rhythm.

Tea Ritual: bloom the flavour by preheating the pot with boiling water before use. After brewing, return the spent herbs, leaves or flowers to the earth, whether to compost, a worm farm or the garden, and use the cooled leftover tea to hydrate and nourish the plants.
