Organic peppermint • Calendula petals • Licorice root • Fennel seeds.

Directions

Brew 1 teaspoon per cup, at 80°C, for 5 to 6 minutes. Perfect on its own, best enjoyed after a meal.

Tea Ritual: bloom the flavour by preheating the pot with boiling water before use. After brewing, return the spent herbs, leaves or flowers to the earth, whether to compost, a worm farm or the garden, and use the cooled leftover tea to hydrate and nourish the plants.

Considerations

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Contains licorice root, best avoided during pregnancy without guidance from a doctor or midwife.
