Amber & Gold Organic Loose Leaf Oolong Tea

This dark green tea is best brewed for a short period to maximise it's high antioxdiant content. 

Enjoy as an afternoon pick up or fresh in the morning with a slice of lemon.

Directions

Add a heaped teaspoon of herbs to a pot or your favorite teapot. If you're using a pot, simmer on the stove for five minutes, then let it steep for an additional five minutes before serving.

Tea Ritual: Bloom your flavors by preheating your teapot with boiling water before use. After brewing, return your used herbs, leaves, or flowers to the earth—whether to compost, a worm farm, or your garden. Use leftover cooled tea to hydrate and nourish your plants.
