A warming and energising plant distillation that supports circulation and counters muscle tension. Highly regarded as a libido stimulant.

Circulation
Add 5 drops to 1ml of Olive oil. Massage into affected limbs twice a day.

Muscle tonic - relaxation
Add 3-5 drops to 1/2 tsp of Untouched Body Cream to apply direct, or add on a hot compress. Repeat as required.

Back support
Add 3-5 drops to Untouched Body Cream, for massage or add pure onto a hot compress.

Chill bains
Add 3-5 drops to 1 tsp of Untouched Body Cream, for massage into hands and feet after exposure to chills. repeat as required.

Libido stimulant
Add 5 drops to Sweet Almond oil and rub onto the lower back (only). Add 5 drops to a diffuser. May be sweetened by adding 5 drops of Ylang Ylang.
Safety considerations
Use with care in small amounts, avoid mucous membranes. Recommended for adults only. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
