MONNI Art Card Mt Taranaki

This original Mt Taranaki artwork is drawn by hand in Indian ink by Monique Jansen, founder of MONNI. In tradition, Taranaki once stood among the mountains of the central plateau until he was defeated in battle for the love of Pīhanga, and fled west, carving the valley of the Whanganui River as he journeyed to the coast.

Printed as a card, it carries the same detail and quiet stillness of the original drawing, ready to send, frame, or keep.
