Directions

Serve straight, or sweeten with a dollop of honey or maple. Brew at 100°C for 5 minutes. To drink iced, infuse in filtered cold water for 30 minutes, add ice and fresh orange slices for a subtle sweetness.

Tea Ritual: bloom the flavour by preheating the pot or cup with boiling water before use. After brewing, return the spent leaves to the earth, whether to compost, a worm farm or the garden, and use the cooled leftover tea to hydrate and nourish the plants.

Considerations

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Contains liquorice, not suitable during pregnancy.
