Amber & Gold Yoni tea

Yoni tea helps bring soothing and comfort to your base chakra and can be helpful during times of stress to calm and ground your energy.

Directions:

Brew a yoni tea as you would a regular tea, allow to cool for five or more minutes before squatting over a bowl and covering your lower body. Stay here for five to fifteen minutes. You may like to listen to music, do some meditaton or listen to a podcast whilst you enjoy your steam. You can also place a bowl in the toilet basin and sit comfortably, stay warm and covered.

Allow the steam to soothe and calm.

Safety considerations:

Ensure the tea is cool enough to sit over. You can burn your sensitive skin if the steam is too hot so please lt it cool and test on the back of your hand. It should feel warm and comforting, not hot and scalding.

Do not use if you are pregnant, have your period or are about to have internal surgery.

Use between cycles and do not use if you have irregualr or unusual bleeding.
