Autumn Mint-Lemon Balm Tea Recipe 

For a lighter yet equally soothing option, try a homemade Mint-Lemon Balm Tea – a refreshing brew that bridges the gap between summer’s brightness and autumn’s cosiness.

Ingredients:

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • A handful of fresh lemon balm leaves
  • Honey or natural sweetener (optional)
  • Lemon slices (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the leaves gently under cool water.
  2. Steep the fresh mint and lemon balm leaves in hot water for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Strain and pour into a cup.
  4. Add honey or lemon slices if desired.
  5. Sip, savour, and enjoy the seasonal transition.
