This blend helps to foster positive communication and can be used to enrich your personal energy with a therapeutic bath or diluted for massage.

Directions

For diffusion:

Add 10 drops, allow 10 minutes and replenish as required.

On pulse points:

Add a few drops to your pillow and sheets.

For the bath:

Add 10 drops mixed into bath water.

For massage:  

Blend 10 drops to 1 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil or oil of your choice.
