For relaxation:

An excellent oil to add to the bath for a deep-relax therapy to help ease away emotional tension and quiet mind and body.

As a relaxing massage oil:

Add 10 drops to 1 teaspoon of massage oil for deep therapeutic massage.

For diffusion:

Add 10 drops, allow 10 minutes and replenish as required.

On pulse points: add a few drops to your collar or pillow. Smudge onto wrists and back of neck. (For sensitive skin dilute first).

For the bath: add 5-10 drops mixed into bath water.

For massage: mix 4 drops to 1 teaspoon from the Pure Unscented Range: Body Oil, Body Cream, Body Lotion (organic).
