Storm & India Coconut Chai

An Artisan Chai 

Organic black tea, warming spices and toasted coconut are blended by hand in small batches to create this delicious artisan chai. Drink to stimulate the senses or to satisfy a sweet craving. Perfect mid-morning or as an evening warmer.

The bespoke stainless steel tea tins are designed to store the tea and keep its full aromatic flavour, and are made from food grade stainless steel which you can refill.

Directions:

Serve - Straight black or with a splash of plant-based milk such as coconut or almond. Sweeten with a dollop of honey or maple.

Iced - Brew straight black for 30 mins and pour over ice, add a splash of coconut milk & a dollop of maple.

Warm - Infuse straight black, add maple or honey to taste and reduce over a low heat. Gently steam plant-based milk such as coconut or almond, being careful not to boil the milk. Add milk to the chai brew and enjoy.

Chai Milk - Add 2 teaspoons of tea per cup of almond, coconut or soy milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Add 1 teaspoon of artisan honey and brew to your own personal preference to extract the alluring taste of this delicious chai.

Measure - 1 teaspoon per cup.

Brewing Temperature - 100°C. 

Brewing Time - 3 minutes.
