Directions for use:
Place a few drops in a diffuser, bath or on tissues to inhale the calming vapours. As this is a pure essential oil synergy, it is very concentrated so if using on skin, e.g. for a massage, it should be diluted in a carrier oil (e.g. 1 part Calm to 30 parts sweet almond oil)
Storage:
Store in a cool, dark location away from direct sunlight.
