Absolute Essential Cypress

Like the tall tree from which it comes, this essential oil has a proud scent. Cypress has a warm, spicy, inspiring quality that can be used as an excellent tonic for the emotions. It is uplifting and fortifying and may be especially useful in times of sadness and to encourage assertiveness. Its energizing and astringent properties may be used to support healthy circulation in the body, or to aid the treatment of oily skin. It is also used in natural women's health as tonic for the reproductive system.

Cypress blends well with Juniper Berry, Vetiver, Geranium and Lemon.

Cupressus sempervirens needles* Spain. (*Certified organic).

Directions

To improve cellulite & circulation:
Supports healthy circulation and regular waste processing in connective tissue, to benefit areas of cellulite. Massage in 5 drops Cypress immediately after a shower.

To reduce fluid retention:

To aid regular fluid exchange, add 5 drops to a footbath or 10 drops to a bath and soak for 15 minutes every second day or as required.

To minimise hot flushes:

To assist natural balance during menopause, add 5-10 drops in a tepid bath at night. Use regularly.

To support emotional stability:

To encourage emotional balance and optimism, or to nurture healthy processing during sadness, add 5-10 drops to a diffuser or bath. Repeat as required.
