Absolute Essential Fennel Sweet

This oil has a sweet, intriguing scent. It supports healthy circulation and the natural expulsion of excess fluids from body tissues. It works well in combination with oils for cleansing and detoxification processes.

Directions

For detoxification:

Blend two drops in tbsp amount of carrier oil, and massage along lymph pathways.

For indigestion:

Blend two drops in one tbsp amount of carrier oil, and massage in anti clockwise direction around the stomach.

For fluid retention:

Add 5 drops to a foot bath. For added benefits, combine with 5 drops of Absolute Lemon Oil. For therapeutic effect, enjoy for 15 minutes.
