FOY Breast Care Oil

Directions

Pump a few drops into the palm of your hand and gently massage onto the breast. Begin with small circular motions around the nipple, then spiral outwards towards the armpit. Best used after a bath or shower when the skin is warm. If breastfeeding, wipe the nipple area clean with a warm damp cloth before feeding.
