Directions

Adults: 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach. Recomended 30 minutes prior to your first meal of the day and two hours after your final meal.

Children: BePure Gut Renew Probiotic is great way for younger children to use probiotics. This can be taken as a capsule if your child is capable of safely swallowing these, alternatively capsules can be opened and placed into a beverage or onto food. If under 12 years old, take half the adult dose.

Considerations

BePure Gut Renew Probiotic is recommended to be taken on an empty stomach. 30 minutes prior to consuming a meal or 2 hours after. If it is your first time taking BePure products we recommend starting slowly with a half dosage and working your way up to the full dosage over a week or two. Suitable to take when pregnant and breastfeeding.

BePure Gut Renew Probiotic is stable at room temperature; however, refrigerating it may increase shelf life. Refrigeration is recommended if room temperature exceeds 30ºC.
