Directions:

Honey can be taken as medicine and added to tea, mixed with turmeric and lemon to help soothe sore throats or added to hot chocolate for a deluxe treat. It's delicious eaten straight off the spoon first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and can be mixed with apple cider vinegar as a tonic or used to make an oxymel with fresh garden herbs. 

We love using honey as a face mask and it can also be applied to burns after they have been cooled for at least 10 minutes under cool running water.
