Directions:

Manuka honey can be enjoyed straight off the spoon and is helpful to take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. It's also delicious on toast, in baking, smoothies and raw treats.

You can use honey to make a face mask and as a first aid helper it can be put on burns after the burn has been cooled by cold water for at least 10 minutes. 

Medicinally you can mix honey with apple cider vinegar to take as a tonic or as the base of any oxymel.
