This lovely blend helps counter queasiness in pregnancy & travel and aids digestion.

It's perfect for mummas in their first trimester or anyone who experiences  travel sickness.

Directions:

For massage:

Rub 3 - 5 drops on solar plexus (stomach area, below sternum) 3 times a day. 

For the diffuser:

Add 5 - 10 drops in a diffuser.

As a spritzer:

Add 1 - 3 drops in a spritzer to refresh in the car & to avoid motion sickness.
