Directions

The best way to think of BePure One is like a whole food that's been concentrated into a powder form and then packed into an easy to swallow capsule.

Each bottle contains 300 capsules, which is a two-month supply when taking the recommended daily dose of 5 capsules. Some people like to take all 5 capsules in the morning with breakfast. Some like to take three capsules with breakfast and two capsules with lunch. For those who don't like swallowing capsules, you can pour the powder inside the capsule over smoothies or salads.
