Tea & Tonic Nettle Tea

Organic nettle tea is deeply cleansing.  It works as a diuretic, supports urinary health and helps reduce pain associated with osteoarthritis.

It also helps stabilise blood sugar levels & can be used to promote iron levels in the body thus supporting womens monthly cycle.

It blends well with other herbs such as licorice, kawakawa and ginger.

Directions:

Bring to a gentle boil and allow to steep for at least five minutes before straining to serve. You can leave your pot of nettle tea overnight to get maximum therapeutic benefits, strain in the morning and then drink during the day cool or warm.
