BePure Super Boost Vitamin C

Directions

Mix powder in 250 mL of cold water to serve.

Adults (ages 19+): Up to one 6 gram serve (1 ½ metric tsp) daily or as required

Pregnant/Nursing & Ages 14-18: Up to one 3 gram serve (¾ metric tsp) daily or as required.

Considerations
