�Mild and soft, this blend is designed to help quiet the mind and gently counter tension and emotional strain.

�Fill your space with light, joyful tones that resonate with a sense of inner peace and well-being.

Therapeutic Bath & Massage
�With potent tonic properties for physical well-being, add a further dimension to this nourishing soul-food by creating the perfect therapeutic bath or massage (see directions).

�Diffusion: 5-10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.


�Perfume/Inhalation: add a few drops to your collar or pillow.


�Pulse Points: smudge onto wrists and back of neck (for sensitive skin dilute as for massage).


�Bath: 5-10 drops mixed into bath water.


�Massage: Mix 4 drops to 1 teaspoon from the Pure Unscented Range: Body Oil, Body Cream, Body Lotion (organic).
