Chakra White Sage Smudge

How to Use 

Light the tip of the sage bundle until it begins to smoulder. Gently blow out any flame. Move through your space or around your body with the smoking bundle, directing the smoke with your hand or a feather. Always hold a heat-safe dish beneath the bundle to catch ash. Never leave burning sage unattended. Keep away from smoke detectors and have water or sand nearby to extinguish fully.
